Still obsessed!

I am still obsessed with crafts and lately they have been recycled crafts. I love how people are so creative using other's junk. I have been exploring thrift stores a lot lately and coming away with some nice treasures to create new projects with. The problem has been that I have been adding to my crafts to do list and not doing any of them except for the knitting and cross stitch projects. Those take much more time than a weekend, so I thought that I should do one of my many projects on my list that wouldn't take longer than a weekend. I was pretty darn excited! I decided to make marble magnets. I have seen them at googles of craft shows and always think they are the cutest and something that I could create. I looked them up online to see what I would need and found that Not Martha had a great tutorial on how to make them. I got the needed materials at Michaels and created my magnets. I am really pleased with how they turned out and can't wait to give them away as gifts. I am thinking that I might have my first graders give them to Mom for Mother's Day. We will see....
